Flashback :Believe in Magic: Anne Twist’s Kilimanjaro trek September 2012

Believe in Magic is a charity which One Direction has supported both as a group and individually for a number of years.

Believe in Magic is a charity set up by eighteen-year-old Meg Bhari, with the help of her mum Jean. The charity aims to spread magic to seriously and terminally ill children.

Meg created the charity after becoming ill and wanted to help others. In just under a month she had created a website,a twitter page which gained 5000 followers and organised a VIP trip to Hamleys and a national raffle with some amazing prizes.

In September 2012 Believe in Magic hosted a trek up Mount Kilimanjaro to much-needed funds for the charity.  It was a ten day adventure. Taking in some fantastic sites. The team consisted of Anne Cox ( Harry Styles Mum)  Vicky Sherlock, Kirsty Haxton and Bryony and Julie Gale.

The ladies raised a fantastic £29,642.69 for the charity.

On October 4th Harry tweeted:

The ladies even created a hilarious video diary of their experience, you can watch it here:
