Anne Twist shines bright for Macmillan Summer Lights.

Anne Twist and  three of her friends got together  yesterday (24/06/16) to join in with “Summer Lights”, to raise money for Macmillan.

Prepped and ready for our #summerlights #macmillan

This was the first year that Macmillan has run the event.

The website explains:

Summer Lights is a lovely get together to celebrate the people who light up your life.

This will be the first ever Summer Lights so we really want to make it a glittering gathering. It’s the perfect time to host an event, afternoon or evening, indoors or out. Make your place shine with lanterns, candles, fairy lights…….as well as some tasty nibbles and drinks.

Because, by all shining together, we will make a massive difference. Every penny you raise at your Summer lights get together could help give someone affected by cancer the Macmillan support they really need.

The ladies certainly got in the spirit of things.

Great afternoon. #summerlights #macmillancancersupport ✨✨

The fab four managed to raise over £400 for Macmillan and not even a bit of rain was going to stop them raising some money.

Congratulations to all four ladies for raising a fantastic amount for Macmillan.
