Flashback: Mrs. Anne Twist and Gemma Styles at “Magic on the Thames” for Believe In Magic

October 24, 2014image    Mrs. Anne Twist and daughter, Gemma Styles, attended the “Magic On The Thames” Boat Party Fundraiser to benefit Believe In Magic (BIM); a charity devoted to helping very seriously ill children experience their dreams and create memories with their families. Believe In Magic has been supported by Harry Styles and his family for several years. More about the charity work that Anne has done for BIM can be found in our article (Anne’s Kilimanjaro Trek). Fundraisers, whether done individually or as a large gathering, like the River Thames Boat Party are all a critical part to what keeps charities like Believe In Magic functioning. The River Boat Party fundraiser was an opportunity for BIM supporters to have a special night on the River Thames to remember with a red carpet arrival, champagne cocktails, casino games, and music (provided by Gemma as DJ). While tickets sold for £100, much more was given towards the charity, raising several thousand pounds! This all made for a special evening, as several guests stated later that the best part of the evening was knowing that this would generate funds to support very sick, brave and inspirational children.
