Flashback: One Direction Meets Fans Through Rays Of Sunshine Charity

June 8, 2014- One Direction organized a meet and greet specifically for seriously ill children and young adults through the charity Rays Of Sunshine Charity before their 3 night show at Wembley Stadium for their Where We Are Tour. One Direction has been Ambassadors for Rays of Sunshine since 2012, devoting whatever time they can give towards helping this charity touch the lives of seriously ill children.

The video clip below best sums up how much this means to both the members of One Direction and the children with Rays Of Sunshine:

The meet and greet consisted of a performance of a few songs, answering some questions posed by the fans and taking individual pictures with each one of them. The group of children who participated to this event ranged in age from 3 to 18 years old. All the children supported by Rays of Sunshine battle serious illnesses, thus the opportunity to meet their idols creates happy memories that help them through their difficult times.
